Rise Up Rehab, LLC is a local outpatient rehab company seeking a **Licensed Speech Therapist** to perform SLP visits with geriatric patients at an Assisted Living facility for cognitive training, dysphagia, and speech deficits. Position is consistent PRN/part-time, approximately 10-12 visits/week, more if wanted.

Familiarity with Net Health (Optima) for documentation is a plus, but training is available.
