Right at Home Sonoma is seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Assistant to join our team of caregivers. We have several clients currently in need of care with Monday-Friday daytime schedules.
Responsibilities:
Provide mobility assistance, meal preparation, personal hygiene, dressing, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship
Run errands and transport clients to appointments
Develop a strong understanding of each client's unique needs and preferences
Cooperate with Care Coordinators to ensure seamless client care
Pay and Benefits:
Competitive pay ($20-$23.00 an hour, based on type of shift)
Flexible schedule (day, night, weekend, long or short shifts, regular or fill-ins only)
Weekly paychecks
Paid mileage when transporting clients
Overtime pay for long shifts and holidays
Paid sick time
Paid annual training

Mobile clock in/out
Ongoing Training and Development for Personal Care Assistants:
Annual Training available online or in the office
Support from local Care Coordinators - who will introduce you personally to each new client and provide an overview of their needs
Opportunities for optional additional training if you wish to expand the types of clients you can serve
Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Valid drivers license
Valid vehicle insurance
Willing to register as a Home Care Aide as required by the state of California
Currently living in or near Marin, Sonoma, or Napa counties
