PGM Property Management and Absolute Repairs and Remodeling is seeking a PT or FT laborer to handle the many aspects of property management and maintnenace. Your salary, probability of being hired on permanently will depend on your skill sets, reliability, and ability to use common sense. Here are a few of the tasks that we are looking to have completed:
1. Trash Outs
2. Deep Cleaning (inside and out)
3. Changing Locks
4. Vehicle Maintenance
5. Installing Smoke detectors
6. Light Maintenance
7. Lawn Care
8. Snow/Ice Removal
9. Organizing the Shop
10. Ordering 3rd party services
This job requires traveling to many properties to handle small tasks, remedying codes violations, letting tenants in who lock themselves out. When not traveling, you will mostly be painting or trashing out personal property tenants leave behind.
Must have the following:
1. Valid driver's license and a vehicle to get started
2. Clean criminal background
3. Good personal hygiene and presentation
4. Basic tools
5. Transportation to work
6. Work boots
Must have the following skills:
1. Good communication
2. Legible handwriting and organized
3. Ability to interact with tenants and customers
4. Willing to perform many different tasks and adapt to the day
5. Able to lift at least 50 lbs
6. Punctual and reliable
PGM will provide:
1. Specialty tools and equipment
2. Work clothes and/or uniforms
If you are hired Permanently Full Time, you'll be eligible for:

Initial Contract will be for 90 days and pay between $17.00 - $22.00 per Hour. If candidate s successful, a permanaent position will be offered. If at anytime, either party determines this is not a good long-term fit, the contract may be terminated. Full Time Employees will be offered benefits, company vehicle, and many other perks. Contract rate starts at $17.00 per hour with room for advancement after 90 days. Payday is Friday of the following week. You will be paid as a 1099 contractor and conduct yourself in that capacity during the initial 90 days.
