Pay Range: $1,962.66 - $2,060.79

Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: RN License; BLS; PALS; ACLS; 1-2 years current experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting; 2+ years Home health experience; Proof of current CPR certification; Must have reliable transportation and insurance.
Responsibilities:
Assess home health patients, including in stable and emergent situations, to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
Develop, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, and safety practices; promote self-care.
Supervise and direct home health aides, LVS, and other staff to ensure quality service delivery.
Manage pain assessments and educate patients and families on pain management techniques.
