Position Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our friendly and professional team. The Night Auditor acts as the primary contact for guests overnight and ensures that daily financial and operational processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform all front desk and guest service duties, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Audit and balance room revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts for accuracy.
- Prepare and transmit daily management and accounting reports.
- Process credit card batches and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure hotel safety and guest satisfaction during overnight hours.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by hotel management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience a plus.
- Must be dependable and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with computers and basic accounting or reservation systems.
