Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our growing logistics team. The Billing Clerk is responsible for preparing accurate customer invoices, verifying billing information, and ensuring invoices are completed and submitted in a timely manner. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Verify shipment details, rates, and supporting documentation before invoicing.
- Review bills of lading (BOLs), proof of delivery (PODs), and other shipping documents to ensure billing accuracy.
- Ensure all invoices are completed and sent to customers within required timelines.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with the operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain organized billing records and electronic files.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and billing issues in a professional manner.
- Assist with account reconciliations and prepare reports as requested.
- Follow company billing procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or logistics administration preferred.
- Experience in the transportation, freight, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting or transportation management software is a plus.

Work Environment
