Job Overview
RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism. They run programs designed to help the kids develop independence through play.
No experience needed! We are looking for kind, fun, and patient individuals - we will handle the training!
Are you known for your empathy? Making kids laugh? Helping kids learn? This might be the job for you. You will empower kids with autism, watch them grow, and be their safe space through every breakthrough.
What you will do:
- Work and play with kids on the autism spectrum, 1-on-1 or in small lunch groups
- Use fun, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real life skills
- Celebrate every win - big and small

If you've worked as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, caregiver, CNA, study psychology, social work, or sociology - you have the skills we need!
No experience? Not a problem. We will train you on everything you need to know! We just need passionate and patient individuals with a willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
