Harrington Insurance Solutions, LLC, (dba The Enrollment Store) was founded in 2014, and we are a growing, dynamic company! We specialize in selling health and life insurance to individuals and employer groups. Culture, team, and transparency are extremely important to us.
As a business, we have two types of clients—the customers who buy insurance through us, and the agents who sell products for our agency. Our heart is to serve both with excellence! Our owners are fast-paced, and hard-working. We serve our customers by helping them with their insurance needs, and we serve our agents by helping them with back-end support for the clients. Our Business Operations Specialist will have that same desire to serve our customers and agents!
We are looking for the employee who is the best fit for our company and for this position, so the compensation for this position will depend on the experience of the hired candidate.
Job Requirements:
· Completion of an undergraduate degree of some type.
· At least three years of experience as either (1) an administrative assistant; (2) sales support with proven experience in the use of a CRM, Excel, or other role requiring constant tracking of multiple daily activities; or (3) some other administrative/operations role with a proven aptitude for a detailed approach to operations support.
· Proficient with Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, MS Office 365; comfortable working with basic Excel features, and experience working with a CRM/database program such as AgencyBloc, Salesforce, or another similar database program.
· Completion of background screenings and personality tests to the satisfaction of Harrington Insurance Solutions, LLC.
Job Responsibilities:
This employee will:
· work directly with, and report directly to, the owners.
· be present in the office daily Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. As this is a salaried position, the employee will also be available after hours as needed, although this should not be needed with frequency.
This employee will regularly communicate with:
· insurance agents
· clients
· other employees
· insurers
This employee will promptly:
· keep office calendars
· make and return calls
· manage the office schedule throughout the day
· draft, edit, and proofread emails and other communications.
This employee will also:
· Track weekly sales, assist with the processing of commissions, update and revise our agency CRM database, help to organize appointments and events, resolve customer service requests, review and assist with the submission of employer group benefits applications, create and/or edit Excel spreadsheets.

Bilingual (Spanish) is not a requirement, but it would be helpful.
