Be part of something exciting! We’re opening a brand-new 7-Eleven store in Winter Garden, Florida, and we’re looking for friendly, motivated, and reliable team members to help us create a great neighborhood experience for our customers.
We’re hiring 12–14 employees across multiple positions:
Available Positions
- Assistant Manager
- Full-Time Sales Associates
- Part-Time Sales Associates
- Food Service Associates (Hot Foods, Coffee, and Fresh Food Prep)
- Shift Leaders
What You’ll Do
Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Prepare fresh food and beverages following 7-Eleven standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Support team members and ensure customer satisfaction on every shift

- Previous convenience or retail experience (a plus, but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
