E & E Capital Management, LLC is seeking a dependable and skilled Painting Specialist / Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the overall appearance and functionality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
Painting & Surface Preparation
- Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and cleaning.
- Apply paints, stains, sealants, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Ensure professional-quality finishes while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
- Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met.
Property Maintenance & Repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Complete general repairs, including drywall, carpentry, flooring, doors, trim, and fixtures.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of all assigned properties.
- Assist with turnover preparation and unit renovations as needed.
Safety & Team Collaboration
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain organized job sites.
- Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
- Communicate project progress, maintenance needs, and repair updates to supervisors.
- Work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of professional painting and/or maintenance experience.
- Strong understanding of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing applications.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Preferred
- Experience in property management, apartment maintenance, or commercial facilities maintenance.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and standards.
- Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of general building systems and preventive maintenance procedures.
