Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain document control systems, including filing, review, and approval processes, ensuring all records adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
- Utilize document management systems and update quality documentation and workflows effectively.
- Support document review processes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with technical standards; proofread documents for clarity and consistency.
- Assist in data entry, data management, and records management tasks related to quality control activities.
- Maintain meticulous records of quality documentation, including filing of audit reports, inspection records, and corrective action reports.
- Support internal audits by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating communication between departments to ensure document compliance management.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software; experience with blue beam systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical writing; ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while ensuring document compliance management standards are met.
- Bilingual is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
