Position Overview:
We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support with daily living activities, transportation, and community involvement. You’ll work closely with clients and team members to build skills, encourage growth, and make every day meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
- Promote skill-building and independence in home and community settings
- Support clients during appointments, outings, and daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care plans
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required—comprehensive training is provided
