We're growing and looking for experienced Commercial Construction Plumbers and Pipefitters who have worked on large-scale commercial construction projects and understand what it takes to deliver exceptional work safely, efficiently, and professionally.

What You'll Be Doing
As a member of our commercial mechanical team, you'll work on complex plumbing and piping systems from underground rough-in through final commissioning.
Responsibilities include:
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, blueprints, and isometric drawings
- Installing commercial plumbing systems including sanitary, storm, domestic water, vent, natural gas, compressed air, and specialty piping
- Installing carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, HDPE, PEX, and other piping systems
- Laying out work independently from drawings and field dimensions
- Measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, beveling, fitting, and assembling piping systems
- Installing hangers, supports, sleeves, seismic bracing, and equipment supports
- Setting plumbing fixtures, water heaters, pumps, backflow preventers, valves, and mechanical equipment
- Coordinating work with other trades and maintaining production schedules
- Performing pressure testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and quality control
- Working safely while maintaining clean, organized work areas
- Identifying conflicts before they become problems and helping develop practical field solutions
- Producing work that exceeds customer and industry quality standards
What We're Looking For
We're seeking professionals—not just installers.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Multiple years of commercial plumbing or pipefitting experience
- Experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints without constant supervision
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing codes and installation practices
- Knowledge of mechanical room installations
- Experience with underground and above-ground commercial plumbing systems
- Experience installing cast iron, copper, PVC, CPVC, carbon steel, stainless steel, and grooved piping systems
- Ability to accurately perform field layout
- Knowledge of pipe elevations, grades, and slope requirements
- Experience installing supports, hangers, and seismic bracing
- Familiarity with pumps, valves, fixtures, and specialty mechanical equipment
- Ability to safely operate common construction power tools and equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with foremen, superintendents, inspectors, and other trades
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Commitment to craftsmanship, productivity, and safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience
- Pipefitting experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Lift, aerial work platform, or forklift certifications
- Experience with BIM-coordinated commercial projects
- Experience working on healthcare, manufacturing, educational, institutional, laboratory, or other high-profile commercial facilities
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 75 pounds
- Work from ladders, scaffolds, lifts, and elevated work areas
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and overhead work
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding construction tasks throughout the workday
