WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide a world-class customer experience from check-in to checkout
- Build strong relationships with customers based on trust & transparency
- Present digital inspections, explain repairs, and guide customers through decisions
- Communicate clearly with technicians to keep workflow moving
- Maintain a high level of urgency—money follows speed!
- Manage estimates, authorizations, and vehicle status updates
- Ensure every customer feels valued, understood, and cared for
- Uphold CDT Automotive’s core values in every interaction
