As a member of the Firm’s team, you will provide general support for attorneys in the Firm’s four offices. The Firm’s Client Experience Specialist responsibilities include routing of incoming phone calls, greeting clients and guests to office, sorting mail, communicating with clients and gathering information from them, providing backup administrative and clerical support to other members of the firm as needed and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
The qualified candidate must have exceptional interpersonal, communication, grammatical, proofreading, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour starting
