Absolute Heating & Cooling Solutions is seeking an elite HVAC Lead Installer who commands absolute mastery over residential retrofits and complex custom home installations.
We are not looking for production, track or spec-home installers (e.g., D.R. Horton crews). Our clientele demands perfection. This role is specifically designed for a seasoned craftsman who is completely at home working inside $5M to $20M residential properties and existing owner-occupied estates. You must possess a zero-tolerance mindset for cutting corners, an eye for pristine aesthetics, and the advanced technical capability to execute flawless startups and system commissioning on premium equipment.
What You’ll Do
Elite Retrofits & Custom Installs: Lead complex retrofits and high-end residential installations from start to finish, ensuring mechanical rooms and equipment layouts look as clean as they function.
Precision Rough-Ins: Start and finish architectural-grade rough-ins in luxury homes, managing complex duct routing, tight tolerances, and strict structural/aesthetic guidelines with zero margin for error.
Advanced Commissioning: Install, modify, and beautifully finish sheet metal and flex duct systems; handle complete equipment startup, programming, and advanced system control/thermostat commissioning.
White-Glove Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with high-net-worth homeowners, general contractors, and designers, treating every property with absolute respect and flawless cleanliness.
Mentorship: Direct and elevate installer helpers, instilling a "do it right the first time" culture and enforcing strict company craftsmanship standards.
Quality & Control: Review architectural plans and job specs, verify materials, conduct meticulous final inspections, and walk homeowners through their new system operations.
What We’re Looking For
5+ Years of Premium Residential Experience: Proven track record in high-end custom builds and complex retrofit replacements. Spec home/tract home experience alone will not qualify for this position.
High-End Property Comfort Level: Confident and experienced working in $5M–$20M luxury estates with a strict focus on property protection, cleanliness, and white-glove service.
Zero-Tolerance Craftsmanship: A reputation for absolute precision, clean lines, airtight ductwork, and meticulous attention to detail. No shortcuts.
Advanced Mechanical Aptitude: Deep understanding of manufacturer specifications, airflow dynamics, and complex communicating systems.
Professionalism: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, strong communication skills, and an independent, self-motivated work ethic.
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
