We are seeking a Master’s-level clinician (Florida license preferred) with experience working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing behavioral health challenges. Candidates should have strong clinical, documentation, and assessment skills, along with knowledge of DSM-5 and child development. Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans for all clients on caseload within the proper time frame. Must have strong individual and group counseling skills; clinical documentation skills; assessment and treatment planning skills with exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate in a clear, comprehensive therapeutic manner. MA degree required in social service discipline( Mental Health Counseling/Social Work) Counseling major preferred; knowledge of adolescent issues and developmental concerns. Minimum (1) year of experience working with youth in therapeutic setting.
This role involves providing individual, and group therapy; maintaining accurate and timely documentation; collaborating with school personnel and multidisciplinary teams; and managing an active caseload. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and is committed to quality care, compliance standards, and ongoing professional development.
Must successfully complete Level 2 background screening. Position follows modified Clay County school calendar. Master's degree required.
