Oregon Coast RV Resort is seeking a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, well-operated resort. No two days are the same—you'll work on everything from maintenance repairs and construction projects to landscaping and guest services.
Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of resort facilities and infrastructure
- Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and remodeling projects
- Landscaping, grounds maintenance, irrigation, and site preparation
- Maintenance and repair of water and wastewater systems
- Operation of maintenance equipment, tractors, backhoes, and power tools
- Tree trimming, storm cleanup, road maintenance, and property improvements
- Propane delivery and wastewater pumping services
- Construction of signs, planters, custom projects, and other resort improvements
- Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and tools in clean, working condition
- Responding professionally to guest requests and providing outstanding customer service
- Participating in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation
- Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Experience in general maintenance, construction, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical repair is preferred.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
