Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our busy Chinese restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cookware are properly cleaned and sanitized. This role is essential in supporting the overall food service operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including handling ingredients and assisting kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing stations, and storage areas throughout shifts.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist with catering or banquet setups when required, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant environment to uphold hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen staff and servers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
