Position Overview
Cellebration is seeking an energetic, personable, and detail-oriented Wellness Experience Specialist to help deliver an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
As a key member of our clinical team, you will assist patients throughout their visit by preparing treatment rooms, operating wellness equipment, guiding patients through therapies, and ensuring every appointment runs smoothly. You will work closely with nurses, providers, and clinic staff to create a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment.
No clinical license is required, but candidates should be comfortable learning new technologies, following clinical protocols, and providing outstanding customer service.
ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience
- Welcome patients and guide them through their appointments
- Prepare patients for wellness treatments and answer general questions
- Ensure each patient has a comfortable, safe, and positive experience
- Provide education on treatment expectations and basic aftercare instructions
- Assist with patient flow to keep appointments running on schedule
Treatment Support
- Prepare and operate wellness equipment, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Dry Cold Plunge, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Compression Therapy, and other recovery technologies
- Set up treatment rooms before each appointment
- Clean, sanitize, and reset equipment between patients
- Monitor patients during non-clinical wellness therapies and notify clinical staff of any concerns
- Maintain treatment supplies and assist with inventory management
Clinic Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Assist providers, nurses, and front desk staff as needed
- Ensure treatment areas meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training on Cellebration's services, technologies, and patient experience standards
- Support daily clinic operations and special events as needed
QualificationsRequired
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new equipment
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, fitness, medical spas, healthcare, or customer-facing service roles
- Experience working with wellness or recovery technologies
