What you’ll do
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Manage floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold quality standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Utilize industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial practices to ensure safety and efficiency in all cleaning processes.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests with a positive attitude and prompt service.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in housekeeping.
Basic qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or custodial experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Experience in housekeeping management is a plus.
