Job Overview
We're a specialty distributor of hardwood lumber, hardwood plywood, moldings, cabinetry hardware, adhesives, and abrasives — the materials that go into every custom kitchen cabinet and millwork project in the region. Our customers are manufacturers and fabricators who count on us to know our stuff and deliver.
We're looking for a sharp, motivated person who wants to learn a real business from the inside out — and eventually hit the road as an Outside Sales Rep with serious earning potential.
HOW IT WORKS
We'll train you on everything. Here's the path:
▸ Warehouse & Operations — Learn the product hands-on. Know what you're selling before you ever quote it.
▸ Inside Sales — Work with real customers, process orders, write quotes, and understand pricing and margins.
▸ Outside Sales Rep — Build your own territory, grow a book of business, and earn commission on top of your base.
You'll also get full training on our ERP system, inventory flow, and customer support. By the time you're in front of customers on your own, you'll know this business better than most people who've been in it for years.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
Starting salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year
