Job Title: Bilingual Design Sales Associate (Kitchen & Bathroom)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Design Sales Associate to help our clients bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life. In this role, you will be a guide for customers from their initial consultation through the final design phase. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong background in kitchen and bath layouts, proficiency in industry-standard design software, and the ability to seamlessly communicate with a diverse clientele in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation & Sales
Greet and consult with customers to understand their project goals, budget, aesthetic preferences, and practical needs.
Clearly and effectively communicate design concepts, product options, and pricing to customers in both English and Spanish.
Build trust and maintain strong communication with clients throughout the entire design and sales process.
Present final designs and quotes to clients to close sales .
Design & Space Planning
Create accurate, functional, and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bathroom layouts using specialized design software.
Generate 2D floor plans, 3D renderings, and detailed elevations for client presentations.
Assist clients in selecting materials, cabinetry, hardware, and fixtures that align with their vision and budget.
Ensure all designs meet necessary clearance guidelines and practical functionality requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Language: Must be fully bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish, written and verbal) to effectively serve our customer base.
Design Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in kitchen and bathroom design and space planning.
Software Proficiency: Prior experience and high proficiency using industry-standard design software (such as 2020 Design).
Sales & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of providing outstanding customer service and closing sales.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, specifically regarding measurements, spatial awareness, and order accuracy.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
