Puroast Coffee is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and bilingual (English/Spanish) team member to join our warehouse team. This position combines facility cleaning with warehouse support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in maintaining a clean work environment, and works well as part of a team.
Each morning, you'll begin the day by cleaning and preparing our office and common areas. Once those tasks are complete (typically about two hours), you'll transition to the warehouse to assist with packaging and production. At the end of each day, you'll help tidy the break room and remove trash to ensure the facility is clean and ready for the next workday.
Responsibilities
Facility Cleaning
- Clean offices, restrooms, and break room each morning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
- Dust and sanitize work surfaces and common areas
- Restock restroom and break room supplies as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- At the end of each day, tidy the break room and empty all trash receptacles
Warehouse Duties
- Label, seal, and package coffee bags and coffee pods
- Assist with warehouse and production tasks as needed
- Prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Assist other team members with daily warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
