X-Golf Alliance is not your typical bar job.
We’re a high-energy indoor golf and entertainment venue with premium golf simulators, a full bar, great food, and a social atmosphere built for fun. Whether our guests are serious golfers, first-timers, or just here for drinks and a good time, we want every visit to feel memorable.
We’re looking for upbeat, dependable people who enjoy being around others, can keep up in a fast-paced environment, and know how to create a great guest experience. If you want a job that you will actually enjoy coming into work, keep reading.
What You’ll Do
No two shifts will feel exactly the same, but here’s what you’ll jump into:
- Welcome guests, check them in, and get them set up in their simulator bays
- Help guests with the basics of simulator play and provide light troubleshooting when needed
- Take food and drink orders and keep service moving
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Prepare and serve simple oven-based food like pizza, chicken tenders, pretzels, and similar menu items
- Open and manage tabs using Square POS
- Handle payments and close out checks accurately
- Check in on guests throughout their visit and help make sure they’re having a great time
- Help keep the bar, service areas, and facility clean, stocked, and ready to go
- Assist with opening and closing duties, as well as general day-to-day upkeep
- Follow alcohol service laws, ID-check procedures, food safety rules, and cleanliness standards
- Bring great energy and help create a fun, welcoming environment every shift
What We’re Looking For
You do not need to be a golf expert to work here.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to multitask and stay organized when it gets busy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team players with a positive attitude
- Willing to jump in wherever needed
- Interested in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or all of the above
Bartending, serving, or hospitality experience is a big plus, but attitude, energy, and work ethic matters more.
Training
We’ll train you on the X-Golf side of things, including simulator setup and basic troubleshooting.
Certifications
- TABC Certification required
- Food Handler Certification required (or the ability to obtain before starting)
Pay
- Starting at $12.00/hour plus tips
- Top earners may make upwards of $40.00/hour including tips
- $300 sign-on bonus available for new hires, subject to eligibility requirements

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Weekday and weekend shifts
- Day and night shifts
- Typical shifts are 6 to 8 hours
