Job Overview
Three Broomsticks Housekeeping is looking for a dependable, detail oriented residential cleaner in Corpus Christi. Most clients homes are located on North Padre Island, with some in Flour Bluff and on the south side.
This is a part time position working approximately 3-4 days per week, with most workdays including two homes. Typical scheduled workdays are about 5.5-7 hours. Pay is based on completed homes, with a guaranteed minimum of $20 per hour for the scheduled workday. Tips and bonuses are additional.
No professional cleaning experience is required. Paid training is provided. Applicants must have reliable transportation, maintain consistent availability, follow our cleaning system and checklist, work efficiently, communicate professionally, and treat clients' homes and belongings with care.
This is a W-2 employee position with a consistent, set schedule, not an on call or a work when available role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed residential cleanings using a set system and checklist
- Maintain consistency and quality across all homes
- Manage time effectively to stay within expected timeframes
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Respect client homes and belongings at all times
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time position

- Typical workday ranges from 5–7 hours
Training:
- 2-week paid trial period required
- 3–4 days per week, working alongside the team manager
- Used to assess reliability, pace, and attention to detail
- Continued employment is based on performance and fit
