- Coordinate all phases of construction projects, including blueprint reading, schematics review, and site logistics planning.
- Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and safety protocols.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining clear communication with clients and subcontractors.
- Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Primavera to track project milestones, update schedules, and document project activities.
- Facilitate effective project meetings to align team efforts, resolve issues promptly, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Oversee construction site activities with a focus on quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion.

- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contracts management.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, time management, and resource allocation to meet deadlines effectively.
- Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of civil works and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members.

Pay: $72,762.07 - $100,000.00 per year
