About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position in Omaha, NE.
The Project Manager supports the execution of enterprise initiatives that improve operational performance, drive digital transformation, and support business growth. The role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Working closely with business leaders, IT teams, operations, and external vendors, this position acts as a key link between strategy and execution while ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple strategic and transformational projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
- Support the delivery of business and technology initiatives across departments
- Assist in software evaluations, implementations, and process transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business users to define requirements and improve workflows.
- Support technology adoption and organizational readiness activities.
- Coordinate testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Support business leaders during organizational and technology changes.
- Coordinate project meetings and steering committee updates.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Project management certifications (PMI / PMP) preferred.
- 4–7 years of project management or PMO experience.
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects.
- Experience with software implementation or digital transformation initiatives
- Healthcare, home care, franchising, or multi-site service industry experience is preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating in a matrix environment.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) required.
- Experience working in Smartsheet, Visio, and Power BI preferred.
- Occasional travel within the United States and internationally as required.
- Occasional work outside standard business hours to support global operations.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
