Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Technician to join our Asphalt Paver Rebuild team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and rewire electrical systems on asphalt pavers, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely after rebuild.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, harnesses, and control systems on asphalt pavers.
- Install new electrical components during rebuild projects.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Test and calibrate electrical systems to meet operational standards.
- Build new electrical harnesses from diagrams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an electrical technician, preferably in heavy equipment or construction machinery.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, relays, sensors, and control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
- Familiarity with asphalt paving equipment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Mechanical experience a plus.
