Front Desk + Client Experience Coordinator (30 Hours/Week)
We are a growing family-centered chiropractic office focused on nervous system health, healing, and creating an exceptional client experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.
We are hiring for a key front desk and client experience role inside the practice.
This position requires consistency, emotional steadiness, professionalism, warmth, and ownership. The person in this role helps set the tone for the entire office.
You will often be the first and last interaction clients have during their visit. Your presence matters here.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys caring for people.
No chiropractic experience is required.
We care about character, reliability, communication, and willingness to learn in a candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming and supporting clients and families throughout their visit
- Managing front desk flow, scheduling, payments, and communication
- Helping maintain a calm, organized, and uplifting office environment
- Supporting client communication and follow-up
- Taking ownership of daily front desk operations during scheduled shifts
- Creating a professional, high-quality experience for every person who walks through the door

Schedule Requirements:
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Must be available until 6:15 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Additional daytime hours scheduled throughout the week
