Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wellness Associate to join our team in the Supplement/Body Care department. This role is essential to delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a courteous and friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. Primary responsibilities include maintaining inventory in the supplement and body care department, as well as providing accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
Requirement:
Some knowledge of wellness care and herbal supplements.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with any inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
- Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer concerns
- Receive merchandise and properly log inventory
- Cashiering as needed
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to problem solve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer calls
