Silver Creek Manufacturing is seeking a versatile individual for the production floor. Positions are available across multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). Specific shift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support production by operating equipment such as spot welders, drill presses or light assembly work.
- Meets or exceeds standard production rates for each job.
- Follow production instructions and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform periodic quality checks of work produced.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete required paperwork for all work procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines and company policies.
- Perform all other duties or tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills and positive attitude.
