Key Responsibilities
- Repack products according to company guidelines and quality standards.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and palletizing.
- Inspect products for damage or packaging issues before shipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory and warehouse workspaces.
- Load, unload, and move products as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with regular lifting, standing, and movement throughout the day.
Salary Target Range: $16.00 p/h - $18.75 p/h. Bonus Eligible
