We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment and machinery. Your expertise in concrete pumping, loader operation, concrete forming, and concrete finishing will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in commercial vehicle operation.
```Responsibilities```
- Operate and maintain equipment such as asphalt pavers, loaders, and other machinery
- Perform tasks related to asphalt forming, pouring, finishing, and paving
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Communicate with supervisors and project managers to provide updates on progress
```Experience```
- Proven experience in operating concrete pumps, loaders, and other relevant equipment
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and processes
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Experience in commercial vehicle operation is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
