As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Representative to support daily operations, manage scheduling, and provide outstanding service to our customers.

No construction experience required.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries and job leads in a timely manner
Educate customers on services, pricing, availability, and service model
Match the right craftsmen to the right customer to ensure a smooth customer journey
Coordinate schedules and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects
Utilize dispatching and scheduling software effectively
Return customer calls and follow up with past clients
Perform paperwork, filing, and administrative duties
Assist in solving operational and logistical challenges
Support daily schedule management to maximize efficiency
Requirements
Must live within 15 miles of Hobby Airport
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of administrative assistant and/or scheduling experience
Strong sales background
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adaptive to technology and comfortable using scheduling/dispatch software
Excellent office management skills
Solid typing skills (ten-key skills a plus)
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
Solution-focused mindset and ability to think quickly
