Roofing Repair Specialist

Roofing Repair/Project Manager requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- CAPABLE OF DOING ALL TYPES OF ROOFING AND SIDING REPAIRS
- Be highly experienced in multiple types of roofing, siding, gutters, carpentry.
- Ability to navigate and problem solving
- Check on the work order to make sure the materials are all accounted on the work order when the roofing crews starting a new roof replacement project
- Do a final inspection/ walk around of the completed job
- Capable of noticing what a proper installation look like
- ROOFING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 5-10 years PREFERRED
- Capable of handling all aspects of roofing inspections
- Make emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs.
- Report any and all findings on daily reports
- Must maintain a clean/safe work environment and a clean/neat service truck

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
