We are seeking a professional, energetic, and guest-focused Banquet Bartender to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special functions.

Prepare banquet rooms and bar areas for assigned functions
Perform opening and closing procedures for events
Provide exceptional, professional, and courteous service at all times
Greet guests warmly with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Maintain a “Guest First” approach at all times
Help guests select beverages by presenting menus, recommending cocktails, and identifying appropriate wines and beers
Demonstrate strong food, cocktail, and wine knowledge
Accommodate guest allergies and special requests
Communicate special guest requests to Kitchen and Servers
Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed
Manage and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
Notify the Lead Banquet Captain or Manager of any guest issues
Complete daily checklists and assigned duties
Follow all cash handling policies and procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support and maintain positive working relationships with all departments
Comply with all company policies and procedures
High school diploma or GED required
Must possess all required government licenses and certifications (e.g., alcohol service permit)
Previous bartending experience preferred, banquet experience a plus
Basic math skills and prior cash handling experience
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
