- Maintain high Customer Service Standards in compliance with our Mission Statement
- Greet all customers promptly and with courtesy and respect
- Know your product and new products within the industry
- Make customers aware of sale promotional items
- Enter orders into computer system and process customers’ invoices using cash, check, credit cards, or company charge.
- Design material takeoffs and prepare job material estimates.
- Receive deliveries from Shippers
- Check in items received and verify accuracy against packing list and purchase orders
- Unpack items and properly place into inventory
- Accurately pick and pack items for shipment to customers
- Process and package order for shipment to customers
- Log package into UPS computer or in the log book for shipment and labels
- Operate forklift as needed
- Accurately pick and pack orders and load truck for delivery
- Deliver to our customers recognizing that you represent our company
- Collect for COD payments for purchases
- Have all proper signatures on paperwork and follow delivery process
- Adhere to our driving policy and procedures
- Maintain the mileage log
Applicant must provide a 10 year MVR report
Customer service skills and experience are a must
Computer knowledge with the ability to learn our order entry system
Knowledge of irrigation system components a plus
Must be dependable, neat appearance, and have a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
