The Behavioral Health Clinician provides direct clinical services as a key member of an integrated care team. The clinician's role is to deliver comprehensive, person-centered care that addresses both mental health and substance use needs, consistent with the NYS Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. This position requires a flexible and collaborative professional who is dedicated to providing high-quality, whole-person care and is capable of providing a broad range of services based on patient need.
Under supervision, the clinician performs functions related to counseling, diagnostics, treatment, treatment planning, rehabilitation, assessment, and other supportive services for patients. The clinician is an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with peers, care managers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
