ISP Global Inc is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers — solo and team — to run dry van freight across the lower 48. We're a growing carrier built by drivers, for drivers: consistent miles, late-model automatic trucks, pet-friendly cabs, and some of the strongest per-mile pay in the industry.

Driver Pay
Solo Drivers
- up to $0.75 per mile or 28% of the load — your choice
Team Drivers
Extra Pay (Accessorials)
Solo
- Layover: $150/day
- Breakdown: $100 + hotel & taxi covered
- Detention: reviewed case-by-case, passed through from the broker
- Extra stops (after the 2nd stop): $25/stop
Team
- Layover: $100/day per driver
- Breakdown: $75 per driver + hotel & taxi covered
- Detention: reviewed case-by-case, passed through from the broker
- Extra stops (after the 2nd stop): $25/stop
DOT Inspection Bonuses
We reward clean, professional drivers:
- Level 1 clean inspection: $350
- Level 2 clean inspection: $250
- Level 3 clean inspection: $200
Retention Bonus (Solo & Team)
- $500 after 3 months
- $1,000 after 6 months
- $1,500 after 12 months
Referral Bonus
- Refer a solo driver: $500
- Refer a team driver: $1,000
Home Time
- Solo: ~3 weeks out, then 3-4 days home
- Team: ~4 weeks out, then 4-5 days home
Freight & Lanes
- Dry van, live loads
- All 48 states (no NYC)
Equipment
- 2022-2024 automatic tractors
- Fridge & microwave in every truck
- Pet-friendly — bring your co-pilot
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- At least 21 years of age
- Acceptable MVR and current DOT medical card
- Able to pass DOT drug screen and background check
- No SAP drivers
- Willing to run OTR (~3 weeks solo / ~4 weeks team)
