Job Overview
we are looking for individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate who is 21+ reliable with no drama and has some experience in stores and possesses liquor and smoke products knowledge. This is a part-time position where you will be working 4 days in a week from wed-sat* from 3-9*(days and hours may vary upon requirement) you should have or be willing to obtain a TABC certification .
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate BOTTLE POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts (adequate training provided)
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked,bottles are dusted and fronted
- Upsell related items to enhance customer satisfaction, increase store sales volume and earn incentives on selected products
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and updating the inventory in the system
- Handle all cashiering responsibilities efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely
- Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness, keeping aisles clear for customers , brooming and mopping the floor on a daily basis, throwing trash out at the end of the shiftSkills
- basic math skills needed
- Strong communication skills in english (bilingual a plus )
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
