MSI is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric therapy team.
We are a multidisciplinary pediatric practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. Our team works collaboratively across disciplines to provide high-quality, individualized care in a supportive and positive environment.
Position Responsibilities
The BCBA will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Developing and overseeing ABA programs based on each child's unique needs
- Providing supervision, training, and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitoring client progress and analyzing data to guide clinical decision-making
- Updating treatment plans and programming based on client progress
- Providing parent and caregiver training and education
- Collaborating with speech-language pathologists and other members of the child's therapy team
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensuring services are provided in accordance with BACB standards, ethical guidelines, and payer requirements
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Eligible for all applicable Florida requirements
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment programs
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Pay: From $80.00 per hour
