You start at 6:30 AM, keys in hand, heading into the first of two nearby buildings—just about a mile apart. By mid-morning, floors are gleaming, restrooms are sanitized, and high-touch areas are spotless. After a quick 2‑minute drive, you’re at the second site, swapping out a flickering bulb, clearing the entryway, and finishing a round with the floor scrubber. At 3:00 PM, you wrap up, knowing you’ve kept two workplaces clean, safe, and ready for tomorrow.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Status: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Compensation: $17 per hour

Location: Two facilities approximately 1 mile apart (2-minute drive)

Sanitize and refresh restrooms, break rooms, offices, common spaces, and work areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, wax, and polish floors for a consistent shine
-
Empty trash and recycling and dispose of waste safely and properly

Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and surfaces
-
Tackle light maintenance: replace light bulbs and complete minor repairs
-
Care for outdoor entries and walkways, including debris removal and assisting with snow removal in winter

Operate equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, scrubbers, and polishers safely

Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety procedures and guidelines

Report facility issues and repair needs to management promptly

Prior janitorial/custodial or light maintenance experience is a plus (not required)

Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and safe-use practices

Ability to work independently and manage your route across two sites

Detail orientation and pride in delivering a clean, safe environment

Clear communication and collaborative mindset

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between facilities

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift

Climb one flight of stairs regularly
