Days needed: Tuesday (all day), W-Th (evening), Sat (evening)
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist in food preparation by chopping ingredients, assembling dishes, and organizing supplies for service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dining areas, and food prep zones through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards
- Experience with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, or assembling dishes is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
