American Traveler is hiring a Travel IR Technologist with at least 6 months of current acute care hospital IR experience for a 13-week assignment in the Denver, CO area.

Interventional Radiology department with 5 IR suites equipped with 4 Siemens bi-plane and 1 Siemens single-plane systems
-
Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level 1 Trauma Center performing procedures including strokes, aneurysms, SAH, DVST, GI bleeds, embolizations, gastronomy tubes, and nephrostomy

Patient ratio of 2 IR Techs and 1 IR RN per suite

EMR systems include Meditech and GE Centricity PACS
-
Alternating shifts of 7:00 AM–5:30 PM and 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
-
On-call requirement of 1 night per week and 1 rotating weekend per month, with possible holiday coverage

13-week contract

Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital IR Tech experience
-
ARRT RT(R) and BLS required
-
Active license required if applicable

SSN and DOB required for consideration

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Neuro interventional experience (strokes, aneurysms, SAH) preferred
-
Expert knowledge of vascular IR procedures with minimal guidance preferred

Performs neuro and vascular interventional radiology procedures in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated candidates who thrive in a team-oriented, high-acuity IR lab are the best fit for this role

AHA or ARC certifications accepted; no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
