Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor residents for any changes in health status or behavior, documenting findings accurately.
- Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene standards.
- Administer medications as prescribed, following medication administration protocols.
- Provide transportation assistance for appointments, errands, or community activities to promote social interaction and independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families and healthcare teams to update on progress or concerns, ensuring comprehensive home health support.
Skills
- Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or developmental disabilities support is highly desirable.
- Strong patient observation skills to detect changes in condition or behavior promptly.
- Ability to become certified in CPR and First Aid as well as further trainings and certifications that are required for the caregiver role as mandated by state law.
- Knowledge of home & community care practices combined with experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental or intellectual disabilities supports comprehensive caregiving.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
