We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing litigation team and support active federal litigation matters across the country.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate has experience supporting federal court litigation, including prior experience working in a litigation law firm environment, exceptional document formatting skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. This role works closely with attorneys, operations staff, vendors, and co-counsel to help move high-impact litigation matters forward efficiently and accurately.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with federal court filings and litigation support
- Draft, proofread, revise, and format pleadings, motions, exhibits, notices, and legal correspondence
- Prepare and maintain tables of contents and tables of authorities for court filings
- Manage case files, litigation calendars, deadlines, and document organization
- Coordinate with attorneys, staff, clients, vendors, and co-counsel to advance litigation matters efficiently
- Maintain organized digital files and records in compliance with internal procedures
- Support discovery, document production, and case management workflows
- Ensure compliance with federal court rules, filing procedures, and deadlines
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and legal operations workflows
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fully remote environment
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Puerto Rico (role is structured around a Puerto Rico–based team and operations)
- Prior federal court litigation experience required
- Strong Microsoft Word formatting skills required
- Experience creating and managing tables in legal filings, including tables of contents and authorities
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English required for performance of job duties
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving litigation needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with class actions, mass torts, or complex litigation
- Familiarity with Clio Manage or similar case management systems
- Experience supporting nationwide federal litigation matters
- Experience coordinating large volumes of litigation documents and filings
