We’re looking for dependable General Laborers to join food production and manufacturing teams throughout Milwaukee’s North Side and South Side.
If you’re looking for steady work, a hands-on job, and an opportunity to get started quickly, this could be a great fit. Entry-level candidates are welcome!
What You’ll Do
Depending on the facility and assignment, your day may include:
- Helping with food production and packaging
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Sorting and preparing products
- Packing, labeling, and palletizing finished products
- Keeping production and work areas clean and organized
- Assisting machine operators and production employees
- Following food-safety and workplace-safety procedures
- Performing general cleaning and sanitation duties
- Lifting and moving materials as needed
- Helping the team keep their production moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and ready to work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to perform physical, hands-on work
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift during the shift
- Willing to follow safety and food-handling procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No previous food manufacturing experience required for many positions
