Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm with some evenings, weekends and travel as required to trade shows and other company locations: Louisville and Owensboro, KY
Location: Bardstown, KY onsite 5 days a week

Job Summary
This is a professional entry-level role in our contract sales department supporting our collaborative distilling and bottling programs. This role is a good fit for someone who wants to develop their career in the area of sales, marketing, project management or many other exciting career paths. You will not get bored in this environment with multiple lines of business and exciting growth.
Contract Sales Specialist Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administrative Support
Salesforce
-
Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce.

Enter new contracts and all pertinent information
-
Manage all templates – copying necessary parties from each department
-
Quarterly meetings with Docusign rep
-
Update existing contracts from distilling schedule, bottling schedule
-
Work with Finance, Contract Sales, and Operations to ensure the appropriate fields are set up in Salesforce
-
Continuously ensure all accounts, opportunity, and product information is up-to-date
-
Build Salesforce reports
-
Act as tier-1 support (new account setups, login issues, old account deactivations, and escalation to 10K, our Salesforce integrator.)

Meet with Customer Support Manager monthly for new buildouts, projects, and backend support
-
Submit weekly reports to the C-Suite for Week over Week/Year over Year sales targets for bulk sales, new fill and bottling sales

Keep Bulk Sales Log updated with potential customer bulk sales
-
Ensure OneDrive Customer Contracts Files are organized
-
Inventory reports - create monthly, customer-facing inventory reports
Customer Contact Support:
-
Serve as first contact for customer requests
-
Connect customers to other Bardstown Bourbon Company and Green River Distilling teams for various requests (Ex. Inventory reports, scheduling questions, sample requests, requests for barrel shipments, hospitality requests, etc.)

Utilize Outlook Scheduling assistant to Schedule Teams meetings with new leads and existing customers; for necessary business meetings with Bardstown Bourbon Company and Green River Distilling functional teams.

Send pre- and post-production notices to customers (Bardstown Bourbon Company and Green River Distilling)
Customer Contact Support continued:

Send customer setup/intake forms to new customers and ensure they are filed in
Salesforce and sent to finance for setup in Sage X3 (ERP system) (W-9 & customer set up form, folder 5)

Request and coordinate the delivery of customer samples (Bardstown Bourbon Company and Green River Distilling)

Coordinate the receipt of dry goods material samples for bottling customers
-
Send bottling request form and pertinent information to prospective bottling customers
Customer Contact (Sales)
-
Serve as first contact for customer requests
-
Generate all contract types for designated clients
-
Direct client management (around 30 active clients); Salesforce data management for all clients
-
Main prospector for all Salesforce/website generated leads
In Person Customer Visits
-
Schedule/coordinate customers’ visits and work with the appropriate cross-functional teams
-
Coordinate and monitor agenda and itinerary for all aspects of customer visit
-
Work with other team members for the leading of tours
-
Set up mash bill tastings for new customers
-
Work with VIP Ambassador for existing customer experiences
-
Work with the Events team and hospitality as necessary for customer events
-
Give distillery, rickhouse, and bottling tours when necessary
Department Support
-
Assist Contract Sales Managers and VP of contract sales with updating the Barrel Forecast
-
Assist Contract Sales Managers and VP of Contract sales in reviewing maturate inventory for potential customer bulk sales

Escalate customer requests and issues to Contract Sales Managers and VP of Contract Sales
-
Organize trade shows for the contract sales team
Follow up with

Associate General Counsel/CFO during contract negotiations to ensure the process keeps moving

Contract Sales Managers and VP of Contract sales during contract negotiations to ensure the process keeps moving

Support VP of Contract Sales and Contract Sales Managers in other tasks/duties as necessary
Desired Qualifications:

Education: GED/High School diploma required, college degree a plus, however will consider related work experience
-
Microsoft Office Suite experience with intermediate capabilities in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Salesforce experience or CRM a plus

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Customer service experience a plus
Physical Requirements
