We are looking for an experienced toddler teacher who is certified as an Assistant Teacher or an ECE Teacher through Delaware DEEDS.
All Aspire Academy is a licensed childcare center. We have a team of passionate and experienced professionals that are passionate about providing excellent care for children.
Applicant must have a current CPR / First Aid certification.
All applicants will be required to complete a criminal, child abuse, and adult abuse background check.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care for the children, including daily activities, feeding, cleaning, and socialization
- Observe and document each child's development and strive to help them reach their full potential.
- Maintain a safe environment where children can freely play and learn
- Maintaining a positive attitude and strive to build relationships with parents
- Maintaining the classroom in accordance with state guidelines
Skills:
- Excellent understanding of the basic principles of child development and infant care practices
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for child centers
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A relevant Associates Degree, Infant Toddler CDA, completion of TECE, or a high school pathway preferred but not required

Pay: $36,400.00 - $39,520.00 per year
